We are seeking a creative and analytical Marketing Communications Manager to join our team. This role will collaborate with the Director of Marketing Communications to develop and execute strategic marketing plans supporting various departments, including Ticketing, Corporate Partnerships, Raiderettes, The Raider Image, Tours, Premium Service, Community, Allegiant Stadium, and others. The Manager, Marketing Communications, will act as a liaison between cross-functional teams internally and externally to achieve business goals.

Essential Job Functions
  • CRM/ Email Marketing
    • Lead the CRM strategy, overseeing the delivery of customized and targeted email communications.
    • Drive recommendations for audience targeting strategy and measurement.
    • Implement personalization opportunities to enhance the consumer journey.
    • Improve and revise email templates, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
    • Oversee the scheduling and deployment of email and SMS campaigns.
    • Analyze and monitor email KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
    • Develop testing strategy and cadence to conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and design elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Marketing Service
    • Manage creative briefs and provide clear direction on all campaigns.
    • Enhance marketing support processes and procedures through collaboration.
    • Facilitate the marketing support calendar, overseeing scheduling and reporting.
    • Assist in developing and maintaining a marketing dashboard in collaboration with the Marketing Technology and Business Analytics teams.
    • Lead partner trade initiatives.
    • Collaborate with Marketing Communications Director to develop targeted fan group strategies, focusing on local audiences, generational segments, female fan base and more.
  • Stay current on industry standards, trends, new features, and releases.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field required.
  • At least 4 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, or a similar role required.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing tools, and SMS platforms.
  • Proficient in HTML and responsive email design is preferred.
  • Knowledge of how cross-platform integrations impact data flows and campaign enablement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • A passion for marketing and a desire to learn and grow.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):
  • Sitting for long periods of time throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 25lbs
  • Occasional walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
