This team is dedicated to leading the development of go-to-market solutions and driving the delivery of modern composable digital experiences. You will work with internal and external stakeholders, helping clients navigate the complexities of their digital transformations by using API-first platforms and modern front-end architectures.

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary pay range for Senior Consultant is $110,000 to $171,000 and the target base salary pay range is $135,000 to $165,000. The base salary range for Principal is $122,000 to $189,000 and the target base salary pay range is $165,000 to $185,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.

What You'll Do (both levels)
- Craft Modular & Performant Components: Design and build semantic, accessible, and modular components that ensure performance, scalability, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Headless CMS Integrations: Develop modern digital experiences using headless CMS platforms like Contentful, ContentStack, and Sanity, creating composable digital experiences.
- Cloud Platforms Deployment: Leverage platforms like Netlify and Vercel to efficiently manage and deploy modern cloud-native applications, ensuring performance and scalability.
- Optimize Front-End Workflows: Automate front-end infrastructure, integrate with back-end APIs, and streamline design systems across multiple brands and channels.
- Agile Collaboration: Work within agile environments, using tools like JIRA, and collaborate with project managers, digital strategists, designers, and researchers to solve complex business problems.
Skills & Expertise (both levels)
- Front-End Expertise: Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks such as Next.js, React, or Vue.js, with a deep understanding of CSS and frameworks like Tailwind.
- Testing & Performance: Experience with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress) and the ability to write maintainable tests that ensure code reliability and performance.
- API-First & Composable Architectures: Experience working with API-first platforms and integrating APIs from SaaS platforms and API gateways.
- Continuous Learning: A learner's mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and staying ahead of evolving technologies.
