The Company:
The Foley Entertainment Group LLC ("FEG") - which operates the National Hockey League's Vegas Golden Knights in addition to several other sports, venue, and hospitality entities - is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join the Vegas Golden Knights and FEG's Nevada-based sports and venue properties. This individual will be responsible for creating both digital and print-based graphics and fulfilling internal creative project requests.
Essential Functions:
The primary responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager will be to lead the digital marketing and advertising efforts for the FEG portfolio. This position will lead the overall strategy, implementation, analysis and optimization of the portfolio's email marketing efforts and digital advertising, including social, display, search and video. This position will also be involved in campaign analysis and reporting and the identification, creation, and execution of marketing automation programs.
The individual in this position is expected to possess a positive and optimistic attitude to lead and inspire other teams and to conduct themselves professionally at all times. This role will require significant collaboration across many teams and require an individual who can serve multiple organizational goals seamlessly.

Responsibilities
- Build, test and deploy email marketing campaigns to customized audience segments.
- Monitor email marketing campaign and delivery performance to ensure optimal campaign effectiveness
- Use performance data to create strategic, cross-channel content delivery and optimization plans
- Build, run and analyze paid digital advertising campaigns across social, search, display, video platforms and emerging technologies.
- Conduct a variety of A/B tests within email, social and video campaigns to uncover useful insights that contribute to department and organization goals
- Curate all content and copywriting for digital advertising efforts
- Custom audience development and management.
- Collaborate with agency partners on strategies, deployment, tracking and analyzing.
- Lead Distribution for all Digital-lead generation campaigns
- Serve as a liaison with external stakeholders who manage marketing tools
- Create web forms with marketing automation tools & web tools to generate leads and orders for Groups, Season Ticket Sales, Retention as well as contest and sweepstakes
- Work with Ticket Sales to create and deliver email communication
- Experience with CRM, HTML, marketing automation, and ticketing platforms
- Knowledge of advertising services including: Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
- Knowledge of platform-specific algorithms, best practices, and audience creation and management tools. Platforms include, but not limited to: Google, YouTube, Meta, Website, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc.
- Knowledge of privacy laws and audience engagement rules and regulations
- Ability to analyze platform-specific reports and use insights to inform week-over-week performance plan.
- Ability to analyze cross-platform audience insights and provide recommendations to various departments.
- Experience with Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, staff, clients and guests.
- Polished presentation skills, with keen attention to detail and an ability to resolve situations quickly and confidently.
- Experience developing and analyzing creative content and fan engagement concepts.
- Understanding of cross-platform tracking mechanisms and first-party data collection
- Communicate effectively - written and verbal.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proven revenue-generation through digital audience development, engagement and advertising
- Experience leading and executing full-funnel, cross-channel digital advertising campaigns
- Four-year degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications or a related field of study.
- 3+ years' experience in a Marketing, Content or Data, or related field.
- 1 or more years of relevant work experience overseeing 1 or more part-time staff members.
- Experience managing email campaigns through Eloqua a plus
- Candidates must be prepared to work nights, weekends and holidays and VGK home games. HSK, and VKH games as assigned.
