Overview:
The Field Marketing Manager at Xurrent plays a critical role within the company's GTM business team, blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll lead the planning, coordination, and logistics of strategic events, shaping our external presence and equipping our team to engage our target market effectively. Reporting to marketing leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll own and manage the events calendar, identifying and recommending key conferences and initiatives that align with Xurrent's objectives. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to build brand awareness and drive opportunities through event sponsorships, owned experiences, networking, and post-event nurturing.
Responsibilities:
Regional Demand Generation: Develop and execute field marketing plans to generate qualified leads and drive pipeline growth through region-specific events, trade shows, and partner activations.Event Strategy and Execution: Plan and manage logistics, budgets, and execution of Xurrent's regional events, including setup, staffing, lead capture, and relevant on-site swag management to enhance brand experience. Develop strong internal preparation processes that ensure alignment and understanding of roles and responsibilities on site. Work with the marketing team to establish post-event nurture programs that help maximize our exposure and success metrics.Collaboration with Sales and Partners: Work closely with the sales team to ensure field marketing aligns with sales priorities and goals. Establish strong relationships with regional partners to create co-branded marketing opportunities where applicable. Brand Activation: Execute local brand activation efforts, including in-person and virtual experiences, and regional campaigns that reinforce Xurrent's value proposition.Data-Driven Decisions: Track, analyze, and report on field marketing activities using KPIs to optimize and adjust tactics to impact ROI.Content and Messaging Alignment: Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Product Marketing to ensure all field marketing materials and messaging align with Xurrent's overall brand and demand generation strategy.Budget Management: Maintain and track regional marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective spend and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in events, field marketing, or related roles, preferably in a B2B software or technology company.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset to guide decision-making.
