As the Canvassing Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy by leading a team of motivated canvassers to connect with potential customers, generate leads, and exceed sales targets. Compensation: Hourly Base + Performance Bonuses
- Hourly Base: $24 to $26 per hour, based on experience
- Performance Bonuses: Uncapped monthly bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $5,000 based on team performance
Lead and Motivate the Team: Recruit, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers, fostering a high-energy and goal-oriented environment that encourages top performance and personal growth.
Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish clear goals for your team and create strategic plans to exceed those targets, driving the overall growth of the canvassing department.
Develop and Implement Strategies: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to craft effective canvassing strategies, ensuring that your team is always equipped with the best tools and tactics to succeed.
Coach for Success: Provide ongoing coaching and development to your team members, helping them refine their approach, improve their sales techniques, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Ensure Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations of the canvassing team, ensuring that all processes are followed and standards are maintained, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
Foster a Positive Team Culture: Create a supportive and motivating team atmosphere where achievements are celebrated, and challenges are approached with a solution-focused mindset.
Be a Brand Ambassador: Represent Cabrera Construction in the community, upholding our values of confidence, trust, and integrity in every interaction with potential customers and the public.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally in a door-to-door or direct sales environment.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a team to success.
- A clean driving record and willingness to work outdoors with the team, rain or shine.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
