We are seeking an experienced Sr. CRM & Email Marketing Manager to lead our CRM/Email Marketing team. This role requires deep expertise in HubSpot, with familiarity in other marketing automation platforms.. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of email marketing strategists and specialists, driving successful email marketing campaigns, managing client databases, and providing expert client advice on HubSpot utilization.

What You'll Do:
- Manage and mentor a team of email marketing strategists and specialists.
- Oversee the implementation of email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement CRM strategies using HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo to drive client success.
- Lead the design and optimization of personalized customer journeys, including segmentation and targeting strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding CRM and email marketing strategies.
- Advise clients on best practices in HubSpot and other platforms, enhancing their marketing efficiency and results.
- Oversee contact database management, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on CRM and marketing automation trends, particularly with HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce, and Marketo.
- Implement and test new tools and strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
What You'll Bring:
- 3 years experience at an agency, working on multiple accounts in a client facing role
- Strategic chops to build out innovative campaigns that support client objectives and exceed their goals
- Deep HubSpot expertise including experience in Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and OperationsHub
- An ability to critically think about how to accomplish a complex strategy using platform expertise and a willingness to "test and learn"
- Proven experience in CRM management with a strong focus on HubSpot, plus familiarity with Pardot and Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to advise and collaborate with clients on CRM and email marketing strategies.
- Strong experience in building and analyzing sales and marketing data in-platform
