Marketing Assistant

Position: Marketing Support

Location: Fairfax & Leesburg

Part-Time: Monday – Friday

Term: Six months starting December 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025

Opportunity to be permanent based on performance.

Hours: 10am to 3pm

Compensation: $15.50 per hour

Job Description: Delivering marketing materials for Senior Helpers in the Fairfax & Leesburg Area.

Instructions to follow:

1. Be at the office at 10 AM. to pick up the marketing materials.
2. Clock in at 10:00 A.M.
3. Choose a specific area to market.
4. Take door tags on Mon Wed Fri- (first week).
5. Take yard signs on Tues & Th.
6. Take postcards on Mon Wed Fri- (second week).
7. Placing door tags in the Fairfax area.
8. Delivering postcards at Community Centers, stores & hospitals in Fairfax.
9. Placing yard signs in the morning & then after four hours pick them up.
10. Placing door tags in the 55+ community in Ashburn.
11. Mileage will be reimbursed.
12. A phone will be provided.
13. Marketing materials will be provided.
14. Keep note of the addresses/street or photos as soon as the materials are delivered.
15. Provide a weekly report of the places where marketing was done.
16. Clock out at 3:00pm
17. Include your mileage per day.
18. Daily Care logs will be provided to keep track of materials delivered.
