We’re searching for a driven Sr./Principal Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge in defining our market positioning and strategically launching products. This role is pivotal in partnering with Product and Go-To-Market teams to build awareness and drive demand for Instabase AI Hub.As a Principal Product Marketing Manager,you will be instrumental in driving the strategic narrative for Instabase AI Hub. By aligning closely with customer needs, use cases, our product roadmap, and key market trends, you’ll help shape our market perception and amplify the value of our platform. This role involves leading high-impact product launches, defining the central themes for demand programs, and creating influential marketing content that resonates across customer, partner, press, and analyst channels.What you’ll do:Define and execute the strategic narrative for Instabase AI Hub, working closely with Product and GTM teams to ensure cohesive messaging.Develop and deliver impactful marketing assets such as blogs, whitepapers, presentations, demos, and customer stories that drive engagement and conversion.Partner with the growth and product teams to enhance our product-led motion, ensuring seamless customer nurturing and conversion.Drive successful cross-functional product launches and align themes with demand programs to maximize impact.Establish a feedback loop with the product team by integrating insights from customers, market trends, and competitive analysis to shape product direction.About you:7-10 years of product marketing experience, with a strong background in marketing SaaS solutions to enterprise customers.Proven experience partnering with product teams to craft strategic narratives, positioning, and go-to-market launches.Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to develop positioning and content tailored for both marketing campaigns and field teams.A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach; you excel at seeing the big picture while effectively managing details and delivering quickly.Strong team player who thrives in cross-functional environments, adept at managing complex projects, and mentoring junior team members.The OTE salary range for this role is $213,300 to $237,000 + equity and US benefits.
