- You have a deep understanding and passion for social platforms and their formats.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, overseeing day-to-day project needs and adhering to timelines in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
- Lead the development of visually compelling social content that aligns with the brand strategy and objectives, ensuring excellence in execution.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and social media strategists to produce cohesive, high-impact organic social creative campaigns.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and apply them strategically to enhance engagement and elevate the brand's presence on all platforms.
- Create and present bold, insight-driven concepts that push the boundaries of social media creativity and deliver measurable results.
- Monitor and adjust creative approaches based on data-driven insights, ensuring content resonates with the target audience and performs against KPIs.
- Ensure all visuals meet brand guidelines and all copy produced is accurate, engaging, and consistent with the client's brand voice and messaging.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues, effectively communicate, present, and defend creative concepts and strategies.

The Requirements
You need to check the boxes before you can think outside of them.
- A bachelor's degree is required in a creative or design-related field preferred.
- 8+ years of agency or in-house creative experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work across various projects, mediums, and clients
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator), Google Slides, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Video editing experience is preferred.
- Experience with prompting or open to learning AI software such as Midjourney (to use as a springboard, not for final content).
- Bonus points for copywriting experience, illustration, photo compositing, UX/UI, or spatial design.
- Open to travel, extended hours, and weekend work as necessary.
- Exceptional conceptualization skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate client objectives into innovative, creative solutions
