Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness & Design Specialist

Job Summary:

The Organizational Effectiveness & Design Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping and optimizing the structure of our organization to support strategic goals and drive performance. This role involves analyzing, designing, and implementing organizational structures that enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and promote a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and design, with a passion for creating dynamic and agile work environments.

What You'll Do:

Organizational Analysis:
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of current organizational structures, processes, and workflows.
  • Identify areas of improvement and recommend changes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Structure Design and Implementation:
  • Design organizational structures that align with strategic goals and business needs.
  • Develop and implement scalable organizational processes and systems that support improved current and future-state global organizational design.
  • Support in the implementations of the job design and career frameworks across business units. Identify areas of opportunity and drive change.

Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to best practices.

Career Development:
  • Assist in efforts to implement and improve global organizational design and career development processes and programs, including but not limited to Job Analysis, Talent Management, Performance Management, Organizational Effectiveness, Assessment Management, Career Frameworks, and Career Pathing.
  • Support the implementation and ongoing execution of global selection and assessment programs.

Research and Best Practices:
  • Conduct research on best practices and advances in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and talent management.
  • Provide recommendations to improve organizational efficiency and strategic impact.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with senior leaders and department heads to understand business objectives and design structures that support these goals.
  • Present ideas and best practices to enhance programs, processes, and procedures to drive global alignment.
  • Partner with and influence global stakeholders going through the Job Design and Job Classification process.

Data and Metrics:
  • Develop and utilize metrics and analytics to assess the impact of organizational design initiatives.
  • Comfortable creating and translating reports into actionable insights.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the progress and effectiveness of organizational design projects.

Culture and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that supports innovation, collaboration, and engagement.
  • Implement organizational design strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion.


What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in organizational design, development, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational design principles and best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead change management initiatives and manage complex projects.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software tools.
