What You'll Do:
As a Product Manager, you will leverage your experience in data-enabled software solutions to help build and grow our Demand-Side Platform (DSP). You will be responsible for identifying the most impactful features and opportunities to improve the user experience of the DSP for our self-service clients and internal teams. You will build strong working relationships across design, engineering, product management, sales and marketing to effectively design, build and release these features to customers. You will bridge the gap between specific client needs and existing platform functionalities, transforming business requirements into scalable technology solutions. Throughout your work, you will champion the voice of the customer, maintaining an uncompromising commitment to deliver high-quality products.
This role is based in our New York office, where we follow a hybrid schedule of 3x per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive innovation across our DSP, focusing primarily on improving the User Experience.
- Act as a DSP platform expert, participating in continuous discovery, new client proof of concepts, onboarding, and defect resolution
- Interface with internal stakeholders and customers to capture business requirements and use cases
- Define the product roadmap, set success metrics, and communicate expectations with relevant stakeholders including Engineering and leadership
- Present products to internal and external senior-level customers
- Define and prioritize user stories and product requirements for new features
- Lead agile development teams, handling tasks like sprint grooming, planning, feature/bug prioritization, and requirement definition
- Partner with Sales, Customer, and Marketing teams in developing go-to-market strategies for new features and products
- Ensure smooth release processes, including release notes, user documentation, and sales enablement.
What will you bring?
- 2+ years of product management experience or work in a customer-facing operational role within advertising technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with programmatic advertising technologies
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, bias towards action, detail, punctuality and follow through
- Technical skills and demonstrated direct experience interacting with a technical audience, including software engineers and web developers
- Experience with software development methodologies and tools - JIRA, agile development processes
- Experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Exceptional written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong communication skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts to a non-technical audience
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage and collaborate with different groups and personalities to achieve progress
- Bachelor's Degree required

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $100,000 - $125,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive or bonus. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, discretionary time off, and company-paid holidays.
