Senior Integrated Producer

Position Summary
  • The Senior Integrated Producer sits between our internal Creative Production teams and the client, and is the lead point of contact on assigned projects. The Senior Integrated Producer reports to the Production Director and works closely with the Account Director, as well as with our Creative Production teams made up of Production Designers, Motion Designers, HTML5 Developers, Art Directors and Copywriters.


Job Qualifications
  • Education or relevant experience in advertising, production, or communications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager or Producer in an agency or in-house setting
  • Experienced with Mac, MS Office, Adobe Suite, and job tracking software
  • Management experience of traffic coordination would be a plus along with broadcast production experience
  • Experience with managing the translation of assets into Spanish a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of production processes in print, digital, and video/audio workstreams and the ability to incorporate implications to schedule building and maintenance
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, attention to detail, accuracy and ability to multitask
  • Ability to work under pressure and under deadlines, with strong follow-through abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Relationships
  • Internal: This position works closely with the Account Director and with our Creative Production teams made up of production designers, animators, video editors, HTML5 developers, art directors and copywriters, as well as with other team leaders, managers and senior leadership
  • External: The Senior Integrated Producer is the lead point of contact for assigned projects


Job Duties
  • Act as a hybrid account/project management/production role
  • Collaborate closely with the client to determine project scope and requirements
  • Act as a leader for Production Coordinators and Producers, guiding and developing their skills and assigning day-to-day tasks as necessary
  • Work with team managers and senior leadership to develop and realize short- and long-term goals of our agency
  • Create and maintain schedules for short-to-intermediate length projects
  • Own status reports, schedule and lead video conferences, client coordination and follow-ups
  • Execution of campaigns across multiple platforms including print, social, display, CRM, & video/audio
  • Act as a highly effective liaison between client, Creative Production team, and other producers, interpreting and communicating strategic and tactical feedback
  • Understand written or verbal client briefs, clarifying and discussing any issues - objective or subjective
  • Write clear, concise job briefs for high complexity work for Creative Production teams to execute
  • Take ownership of your projects from brief to delivery of assets
  • Ensure that client viewpoints are represented in all aspects of work and that our agency's creative vision is able to realize new and engaging campaigns
  • Record accurately and in a timely manner all time in job management/timesheet system


Working Conditions

Full-time (40 hours per week)

Full time remote on West Coast hours.

When we have a Los Angeles office (mid 2025) ideally this role be will be hybrid a couple days a week or if they are based in New York would come into our Manhattan office

Salary Range

$90,000 - $120,000 commensurate with experience
