Hybrid; 3 days of in-office collaboration from our new Atlanta office (619 Ponce - March 2025)

Minimum Qualifications - Is this you?
• 5 years of experience in Performance or Growth Marketing
• Channel Expertise: Skilled in paid search, SEO, content syndication, email marketing, SEM, and experience collaborating with SDRs.
• Data-Centric: Strong analytical skills with proficiency using Salesforce and PowerBI for data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Metrics-driven: Focused on achieving key performance indicators like MQLs, SQOs, and QVs, ensuring all channels contribute to business growth and team objectives.
• Problem-Solver: A proactive approach to solving challenges and optimizing performance without an ego-you're focused on getting things done and driving results.
• Collaborative Approach: Highly effective in a matrixed environment, you align closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMM) and Sales teams, fostering strong partnerships to drive unified results.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey data insights and recommendations. Key Responsibilities • Drive cross-functional programs, aligning product, sales, and marketing teams around a cohesive, vertical strategy.
• Manage the lifecycle of initiatives, from ideation to execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Champion process optimization and workflow standardization to enhance the performance of the marketing engine.
• Conduct regular cross-functional meetings to track progress, address bottlenecks, and implement adaptive strategies.
• Serve as a liaison, providing clarity and direction to ensure seamless integration of various products into our market approach.
• Review funnel metrics, identify gaps, and forecast the performance of future initiatives.
