The Position:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight and execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with its long-term goals and brand identity. The Incumbent will ensure that marketing efforts are cohesive across all channels and resonate with customers, leading to increased brand awareness and revenue. The Marketing Manager will adapt marketing strategies to market trends and behaviors, making informed decisions that contribute to success while delivering the Eclipse Vision and the Eclipse Entrepreneurial Culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently
  • In collaboration with the Director, build, plan execute brand and industry campaigns
  • Monitor progress, goals and KPIs using reports and dashboards
  • Liaise with other departments to guide a unified approach to customer service, distribution, etc. that meets market demands
  • Define marketing materials and programs and manage their production and distribution
  • Conduct market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Hand-on experience using tools such HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Monday.com
  • Manage Marketing budget and report spend
  • Understand the overall business and marketing strategy and create a marketing plan for specific industries
  • Work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders across sales and the central marketing team to ensure there is buy in to future marketing campaigns and resources are maximised
  • Create collateral and content to help the sales team convert more prospects
  • Target market segments with integrated marketing campaigns to generate demand and convert into leads. Campaigns can include ABM, paid social, trade shows, conferences, webinars, email marketing and direct mail.
  • In collaboration with Sr Communications and Content Manager create a variety of content - thought leadership, blogs, whitepapers, webinars and video.
  • Ensure content is optimised for SEO, and our presence is expanded across our social - LinkedIn & Twitter.
  • Deep experience working with HubSpot, Monday.com, SemRush, Hotjar, Intent and Buying Signal tools
  • Analyse and report on traffic, MQLs, conversions, attribution and pipeline growth.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship for direct reports to develop new skills and look for growth opportunities
  • Meet individually, on a regular cadence with each direct report to discuss career goals, current roadblocks, project success and lessons learned


What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Design or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in a branding, communications, public relations, or journalism-driven role either at a brand, startup, or agency
  • Fundamental understanding of the media landscape (traditional, social)
  • Excellent interviewing, written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in public relations and communications at a senior level
  • Proven experience defining and implementing PR strategies and measuring impact of programs
