We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Promotions Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of daily events and trade shows, supporting our marketing and event coordination efforts. Your main responsibilities will include sales planning, coordinating logistics, and ensuring each event runs smoothly and successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strong understanding of the brands we represent to effectively promote them.
  • Implement promotional strategies that increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention at events.
  • Oversee events from concept to completion, adhering to all timelines.
  • Act as the main contact for coordinating and managing company information booths at conferences and events.
  • Support sales activities and strategies at events, contributing to revenue goals.
  • Create strategic plans for event promotion, targeting specific audiences.
  • Initiate and drive the sales cycle during events to maximize profit.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving event needs and challenges.
