The Marketing & Communications Manager will play a critical role in promoting our company's brand and offerings. They will be responsible for the implementation of marketing communication strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our patients and clients.

The Marketing & Communications Manager will play a critical role in promoting our company's brand and offerings. They will be responsible for the implementation of marketing communication strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our patients and clients.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute Marketing Communication Strategies: Implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals, vision, and target audiences.
- Execute content creation: Write, edit, and design marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and other promotional materials.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communication channels, maintaining a strong and cohesive brand presence.
- Digital Marketing: Manage and optimize digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, website) to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Public Relations: Assist in the development and distribution of press releases and other public-facing communications.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to help inform marketing strategies.
- Metrics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and communication efforts to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
- Conduct job responsibilities in accordance with the corporate values and culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- 5+ years of work experience in social media and/or marketing (website, social media, digital, print)
- Experience working with a start-up company and/or in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Agency or in-house corporate marketing and/or communications experience
- Detailed and deadline-oriented team player who proactively manages multiple priorities and workstreams
- Experience with graphic design or video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite); preferred
- Proficient in marketing tools (e.g. CRM, email marketing platforms, analytics tools)
- Effectively presents information, both formal and informally
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to drive results and produce outcomes
- Onsite position on Alpharetta, Georgia campus
