Marketing Manager - Elevate the Future of Aerospace with GracoRoberts

What You'll Do:

The Marketing Manager will work to amplify the GracoRoberts' value proposition across the GracoRoberts family of brands (GracoRoberts, Resin Formulators, Silmid, Pacific Coast Composites, and SkyGeek) to drive brand awareness, leads, and conversion.

Salary: $80,000-$85,000yr

Responsibilities:
  • Create Impactful Partnerships: Develop, execute, and measure strategic marketing programs for key suppliers across the GracoRoberts family of brands to add value, elevate the profile of our suppliers, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Engage Social Audiences: Develop and post social media content across all companies and social platforms to drive engagement and follower growth on a global scale.
  • Leverage CRM Expertise: Use HubSpot to build effective supplier email campaigns, segment lists, build drip marketing workflows, and measure deliverability and response rates.
  • Optimize Digital Campaigns: Develop and implement campaigns using paid and owned marketing channels to expand our digital presence.
  • Empower the Sales Team: Develop and distribute polished, high-impact sales tools to elevate our story to the marketplace.
  • Event Marketing: Lead tradeshow booth marketing, coordinate event logistics, and support our annual sales meeting to make every event a standout.

Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and marketing content development.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social content platforms.
  • Experienced in digital media, paid search/social, YouTube, and data analytics.
  • Highly developed collaboration skills at all levels and with all employees across the company.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and deadline driven, with laser focused attention to detail.
  • Ideal candidate will reside in Los Angeles/Orange County and be comfortable with a hybrid office/remote schedule.
