Position Summary:We are seeking a seasoned Creative Producer with a stellar gamer mindset to join our expanding Marketing team. The Senior Creative Marketing Producer plays an instrumental role at the intersection of production and creative, helping guide the production of Marketing assets and tactical programs from creation to deployment. As the Senior Creative Marketing Producer, you will help manage campaign asset creation including key art, social content, trailers, brand design artwork, CRM images & copy, influencer campaigns, and more.

The ideal candidate must have gaming industry experience with an emphasis on a live-services/live-ops equivalent background, building new workflows, structure, and end-to-end processes. This is a full-time position with the ability to work on-site at our studio located in Beverly Hills, CA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation of and oversight for processes and schedules across the marketing studio team, ensuring each member of the team understands their goals, deadlines, and timelines.
  • Define project scopes, requirements, and milestones, and create comprehensive production plans.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to manage creative projects and ensure creative excellence across all Marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with Creative Marketing Director in cultivating dev studio and external partners relationships in intandem with shaping Snail Games marketing team infrastructure and cultural identity.
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of all marketing campaign initiatives including assets and tactical programs for Snail's AAA and Indie game portfolio.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of experience in a project management, content creation or production-related role.
  • Gaming experience with an emphasis on a live-services/live-ops equivalent background.
  • A strong understanding of game marketing processes, workflows, and project management principles.
  • Highly creative and organized, detail-oriented and deadline driven.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and self-management skills - are able to take direction and constructive feedback.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime when necessary. Comfortable working with a wide array of technical tools and workflows.

Compensation:
  • Salary Range: $95,000 to $135.000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
