We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Marketing Operations Manager - US to join our Marketing Operations team. You thrive in a fast-paced global environment, connecting the dots between people, processes, and technology to drive efficiency and innovation. As our Regional Marketing Operations Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our Regional Marketing Manager, playing a crucial role in optimizing and executing our North American marketing operations strategy.

What will you do?

  • Be the go-to Marketing Operations expert for the Americas region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders including: Marketing, Demand Generation, Partnership, Sales, and more
  • QA and implement Marketing email campaigns through Marketo
  • Accurately upload prospects to our CRM following regional events
  • Build complex routing logic, including new projects and maintenance
  • Utilize ZoomEvents for webinars and virtual event management
  • Monitor data metrics to ensure accurate reporting and optimize campaign performance
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy, and can see beyond the day-to-day to strategically optimize processes

**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the New York Metro Area who are willing to work in our NYC office 2-3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday). We love collaborating and connecting with our team members in-person, and we hope you will too!**

Base salaries for this role range from $102,000 - $135,000 per year.

Our pay bands are wide because great candidates come to us with a broad range of experience and skill sets. When making individual pay rate decisions, we take into account the candidates' depth of experience, their qualifications relative to incumbent employees, and their location-among other factors.

Requirements

Requirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren't the only factor. If you don't have nearly enough experience, or not all the skills, we'd still like to hear from you. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.

  • 2+ years experience in related Marketing Operations roles
  • Strong understanding and proficiency in Marketo
  • Salesforce experience
  • Chili Piper and Ring Lead, or related routing tools
  • ZoomEvents or related webinar tools
  • Asana or related project management tools
