In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role $145,000 to $160,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

The Creative Excellence Service Line helps our clients attain best-in-class advertising that drives business results. We do this by aiding Creative Development (help with creating advertising), Creative Assessment (help with assessing advertising and providing guidance to improve it) and Creative In-Market (ad tracking once the advertising is launched).

What you can expect to be doing:
- Be a leader in delivering the strategy offering to clients, driving the process, inter-facing with the client stakeholders for the duration of the engagement, directing and managing Ipsos team contributors
- Lead communications strategies for major brands across curation, ideation, workshops, and foundations to creative briefs
- Help to shape the strategy offering for specific client needs and drive overall refinements and improvements. While we have a standard offering in place, we want to actively innovate against client needs and further develop our solution
- Support client service teams in sales and proposal development for the solution
- Help to codify the offering in terms of best practice guidelines, templates and examples for training and guiding our broader client service teams
- Contribute to the training and education of our broader team in brand and communications strategy generally and delivery of the solution specifically
- Report to and support the Senior Vice President responsible for strategy solutions
- Opportunity to contribute to thought leadership & be a voice to the industry about the importance of strategy refinement in the development of effective creative.
This might be the job for you if you have:
- Preferred minimum of 10 years' experience in communications/advertising/brand strategy roles, such as agency planner/strategist, brand consultant
- Experience in ideating and developing advertising messaging strategies and/or brand positioning in multiple categories, B2C and B2B
- Experience in moderating and facilitating groups of contributors in workshop and meeting venues to drive progress and consensus in the development of strategic directions
- Solid grounding in qualitative and quantitative research for concept exploration and refinement
- Good knowledge of the world of brands and advertising, with the ability to draw on knowledge to bring forward examples and cases
Skills:
- Ability to discern insights from data, research and trends, and draw connections to and opportunities for brands
- Ability to ideate and articulate strategic ideas and concept areas for brands for their advertising
- Fluency around responding to and addressing ad hoc questions and fluid discussions on advertising strategies and brand positionings
- Excellent listening and interpretation skills, to capture nuance and meaning
- Meeting and workshop facilitation skills with the ability to advance discussions, ensure a collaborative environment and drive to outputs
- Curiosity about brands, advertising, consumers and culture.
