Job Summary:

Designs, develops, modifies, and implements reusable web applications components designed to support our Charter Portals Platforms based web applications, with the particular focus on HTML and CSS. The selected candidate will be a member of the team that is responsible for creating and maintaining reusable React components used by multiple application development teams. The selected candidate will also be expected to be on top of industry tools and trends in web development.

Required Skills : Responsibilities - Deliver best-in-class HTML5/CSS3 in support of numerous web-based software projects - Convert wireframes and high-fidelity mockups to valid markup following established digital style guide - Develop high quality, reusable code, leveraging best practices and published coding standards - Thoroughly test work products across multiple browsers, platforms, and devices, including smartphones and tablets - Use development and debugging tools to diagnose and troubleshoot cross-browser issues - Stay current on new technologies as they relate to web-based development, specifically HTML and CSS - Participate in team agile meetings and practices - Actively update work progress and status through Jira project boards - Contribute to team knowledge base through documentation in team wiki repository - Effectively communicate with UX designers and UI developers Required Qualifications - Expert-level proficiency in HTML and CSS, including industry best practices - Understanding of Responsive Web Design and graceful degradation - Experience with responsive frameworks such as Material-UI or Bootstrap - Experience working productively in Agile environments - Experience using version control systems, preferably git - Experience using Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) Differentiators - Demonstrate your experience and lessons learned working in a complex framework or reusable web components - Experience working of ReactJS
