JOB SUMMARYThis person will be a results-oriented Market Research Strategist who can support VP, Research in elevating our team’s visibility and impact across the organization. This role will lead strategic initiatives (e.g. DTC, customer journeys, etc.) and integrate insights from various sources and align them with key business objectives. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESActively and consistently supports all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.Strategic Leadership: Key contributor in initiatives (e.g. DTC strategy) leveraging relevant consumer insights to ensure consumer is at center of strategy.Storytelling & Data Integration: Synthesize insights from diverse data sources, including primary and secondary research, to provide cohesive and comprehensive direction to cross-functional teams on various initiatives.Business Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research efforts are aligned with key business goals and objectives.Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal teams to promote the value of market research and drive its utilization in strategic planning.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving research methodologies and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeAbility to read, write, speak and understand EnglishExperience working with qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesAbility to analyze and interpret data to make recommendations based on analysis and expertiseAbility to identify research necessary to address a multitude of business needsExperience interpreting and summarizing secondary data (e.g. Forrester, Mintel, etc.)Resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented and able to thrive in fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects at onceAdvanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in other desktop applicationsAbility to manage multiple projects at one time and handle shifting prioritiesRequired EducationBachelor´s degree in Research, Marketing, Business, Management or related fieldRequired Related Work Experience and Number of YearsProject management experience - 5+Marketing Research experience - 7+PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPreferred Skills/Abilities and KnowledgeKnowledge of all major research methodologies, leading companies, associations, publications, industry trends and innovationsKnowledge of Comperemedia, Kantar, Forrester and SNL platformsKnowledge of cable television, internet, media and telephony products and servicesWORKING CONDITIONSOffice environment, light to moderate travel required (10-20%) MRS615 2024-43800 2024 Here, employees don’t just have jobs, they build careers.
