Where We Need You

We are looking for aversatile Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. We are open to any US Protiviti office. Protiviti works in a hybrid environment and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.

What You Can Expect

As a Graphic Designer, you will collaborate with Art Directors, other designers, business requesters, and various teams to develop designs for campaigns that evolve our brand and elevate customer experience across a suite of assets including but not limited to tradeshow booths, signage, email, landing pages, advertising, presentations, internal comms and more. As a designer on our award-winning team, you'll continue to develop and refine your skills while growing in concepting, pitching and defending your work, and leveraging data to define design strategy.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Execute the concepting development of net new creative to align to our global strategy through integrated cross channel initiatives.
  • Use of imagination to solve business problems.
  • Participate and contribute to brainstorming, campaign development, and creative execution.
  • Produce net new high-level, quality, core concept material and other visuals and design to achieve creative excellence on behalf of our global brand.
  • Execute high quality standards of creative from beginning to execution of all digital, print, video and upcoming technologies.
  • Review, edit and approve final files for accuracy before launch.
  • Partner with the Art Director and other partners to develop innovation and creativity in all executions.
  • Communicate and find resolutions to issues which arise during a project, while improving technical or procedural processes within the creative team.
  • Build and maintain rapport with clients, partner agencies, and vendors.
  • Keep asset libraries, templates, and guideline documents up to date, according to department standards.

  • You foster passion, hunger, and curiosity to produce better work within a team, including mentoring and coaching team members through project development and creative check-ins.
  • You have experience directly contributing to project design and development, creating storyboards and initial graphic concepts. You have a strong sense on concept development.


Your Educational and Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent work experience (e.g., Visual Arts or Social Sciences)
  • 5+ years of experience with an understanding of a full range of print and online design production working in an agency or in-house team environment
  • Excellence in all Adobe Mac platform software.
  • UI/UX experience a plus
  • HTML and responsive design a plus


Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is required based on our project and internal client commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$68,000.00 - $102,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.
$71,400.00 - $107,100.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
