JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Are you a local college student with a \"must win\" attitude looking for real world marketing experience with an iconic Milwaukee organization? Are you ready to help market an innovative total power solution that is going to change the off-road industry forever? The Marketing Intern will be fully integrated into the electrification marketing team by supporting the product marketing and communication initiatives for the electrification portfolio including lithium-ion batteries, motors, controllers and chargers. As part of the marketing team you will have the opportunity to help create a strong brand presence, brainstorm new ideas, and see your work come to life. You will collaborate across the organization on a regular basis. This also means the chance to manage content on landing pages, such as images, video and text and channel management. You will also contribute to end-to-end project management while working alongside graphic designers, outside agencies, copywriters, and video production professionals. Establishing and monitoring metrics, KPIs for these efforts is also a part of the task, as well as sharing these with the team. Start Date: Immediate, with ability to continue through end of school year and through summer Hours Per Week: 16-20 during school year; 40 during summer Pay Rate: \$17.50/hr for junior; \$18.50/hr for senior Responsibilities: Become immersed in all marketing activities including brand campaigns, advertising, social media, public relations and trade shows Work closely on a regular basis with digital and marketing team members as well as product management Perform analysis on email campaigns, training initiatives and lead generation programs Assistance with content development for monthly email campaigns and social media platforms The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
