The Global Marketing Manager for Leica Biosystems is responsible for developing and driving Leica Biosystems' global product marketing content strategy and campaigns with a focus on existing product portfolio leverage, launch excellence, and demand generation activities. This role is a key contributor to our global Core Histology (CH) product positioning, brand equity, and presence.
This position is part of the Global Product Marketing Department located in Nussloch or Richmond and will be on site. At Leica Biosystems, our vision is to advance cancer diagnostics and improve lives.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and drive global product launch campaigns and content, ensuring alignment with our go-to-market strategy.
- Collaborate with BU Product Managers, Regional Marketing, and SU teams to createl highly differentiated value propositions, impactful naming and messaging, campaigns, and content that boost demand generation.
- Manage and update product marketing collateral for internal and external channels, including overseeing translation processes and maintaining content inventories.
- Analyze data and commercial insights to inform cross-functional teams and develop action plans for product launches and global initiatives.
- Support Strategic Planning by providing insights on competition, market drivers, customer dynamics, and growth opportunities for the product vertical.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a relevant discipline, with 3-5 years prior experience as a marketing manager or in strategic marketing within the Health Care, Diagnostics, or Life Science sectors.
- Excellent skills in creating content and marketing messages that resonate with key personas, with relevant experience in brand and content marketing.
- Ability to influence and work effectively with a global team and stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization, showcasing strong collaboration skills.
- Strong project management skills, including the use of project management tools like action plans, and a goal-based, analytics-driven approach to marketing.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency.
- MBA or Masters Degree
The salary range for this role is $110,000-$130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
