We are looking for an ambitious Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team. You will serve as the connective tissue between Product, Sales, Marketing and Client Services, translating your deep understanding of the product, the customer and the market into a compelling narrative that drives our product adoption. For this role we are looking to hire someone in the greater NYC area who can come into the office regularly.

About you: you exhibit a blend of marketing, technical, analytical, and communication skills that enables you to translate technical product understanding into compelling product stories that drive commercial success. You love innovation and making a fast impact - and are always driving toward launch and delivery thanks to your high degree of ownership and control. Ambiguity isn't a challenge, but rather a chance for you to define and narrow a problem space independently. You're genuinely curious and supercharged by having interesting, unsolved problems continually present themselves.

What You'll Achieve:
  • Be a trusted Product Expert: you deeply understand the products that you are in charge of, can effectively synthesize and communicate this understanding to different personas, including our internal team, in a way that is compelling to them to help move our sales motion forward.
  • Be the Voice of the market: as a thought partner of the Product Managers, you can form actionable synthesis on the market, the buyers and the buyer journey to inform our roadmap, our positioning and messaging. This includes independently and regularly perform research and analysis that that uncover meaningful insights for our internal team
  • Revenue Enablement: in partnership with your PMs, you can lay out a thoughtful GTM plan for the products you own, including product positioning, value propositions, essential messaging & marketing channels. You can then execute on that plan effectively, enabling our internal partners (Marketing, Sales and CS) via:
    • Develop content and communications for different mediums and audiences (case studies, product descriptions, sales materials, etc.)
    • Drive internal training & release communication to make sure our internal partners are equipped with the right knowledge and talk track
    • Assist sales team on prospect calls as a product expert
    • Facilitate the feedback loop between Product and Revenue Organization

Key Experience & Competencies:
  • 5-8 years of Product Marketing experience preferably in B2B Enterprise SaaS.
  • Strong command of customer experience, data, growth marketing, and product
  • Experience maintaining great relationships while collaborating with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills - able to create collaterals at a high level of quality and demonstrate our enterprise-grade product and services
  • Bias for action and ability to execute quickly while maintain great attention to details, juggling multiple deliverables with a "make it happen" mindset
  • Team player with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment

  • Compensation: The comp range is $160-180K, depending on background and experience plus equity (stock options)
