Look no further - Doeren Mayhew, a top 60 CPA and advisory firm, is looking for a qualified intern to join its national marketing team in the firm's Troy, Michigan headquarters. This is a paid internship opportunity. This energetic, self-starter will provide a broad range of assistance in the planning and implementation of the firm's marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing materials
  • Maintain client relationship management software
  • Provide author assistance on internal and external communications
  • Support event promotion and coordination
  • Perform administrative functions for department
  • Complete ad-hoc projects, as needed
Qualifications
  • Pursing a degree in marketing, communications or related field
  • Current cumulative GPA is 3.4 or higher
  • Available to work a minimum of 20 - 25 hours a week
  • Demonstrates drive and motivation to succeed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess creativity, flexibility and growth potential
  • General knowledge of social media sites and content management systems
  • Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Experience with Adobe (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) is a plus
