Company Overview: Thirty Capital is a mid-market CRE investment & advisory firm dedicated to protecting cashflow, generating equity returns, and creating alpha from commercial real estate assets. We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for college students interested in gaining hands-on experience in B2B social media marketing and personal brand marketing.

Job Description: As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will assist in the development and execution of our social media strategies for both B2B outreach and personal brand enhancement. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, enhance brand visibility and recognition, analyze performance metrics, and contribute to campaigns that resonate with our audience across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, curating, and managing published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Help develop and implement social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement for both the company and personal branding efforts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and engagement opportunities; report findings to the marketing team.
  • Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and execute creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.
  • Schedule posts and manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments, and build a community on social media platforms.
  • Establish KPIs, analyze social media metrics, and prepare reports to track the success of campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve our approach.
Qualifications:
  • Current college student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video tools and software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, etc)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to craft a compelling story.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or native platform analytics) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in creating unique content and developing and managing social campaigns that grow followers and increase engagement
