This includes how updates in the Feed are optimized for engaging conversations as well as how video supports other parts of the Linkedin ecosystem.ResponsibilitiesPartner with PMs, data scientists, Al, applications, and-infrastructure engineers to lay out a comprehensive Al roadmap for Video Relevance.Align product strategy and member experience with model objectives through measurable metrics.Prioritize and help to define new features and model improvementsUnderstand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on LinkedlnDrive global product requirements definition, product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancementsClearly communicate product and platform benefits to our users and internal stakeholdersMake data-driven decisions on how best to solve customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources, including experimentsQualificationsBasic Qualifications4+ years of experience in product management or equivalent roleBS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experiencePreferred QualificationsMS degree in a technology-related field6+ years of experience in product management with AI/MLPrior experience with ranking and recommendation / personalization for large feedsStrong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisionsExperience in Machine Learning and working with Generative AIAbility to collaborate and lead across multiple partner teams with strong systems thinkingAbility to deep dive into technical details of ML systems with engineers, and metrics with the Data Science teamExperience dealing with multi-sided marketplaceSuggested SkillsApplied AI/MLGenerative AIFeed RankingLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.  The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
