Position: Marketing Coordinator I Employment Status: Non-Exempt Reports to: Marketing Leader Position Overview The primary purpose of this position is to assist Members First Credit Union in delivering on its mission: To encourage a better tomorrow. Essential Duties Develop, implement, track, and optimize marketing initiatives, both digital and traditional, to build brand awareness for the credit union. Develop and manage website content. Build and manage email campaigns and marketing automation for member journey mapping. Provide insights to relevant team members and suggest engagement improvements. This is a hybrid position requiring three days in-office. Duties and Responsibilities The following statements describe the general nature and level of work performed by this position. This is not an exhaustive list; other responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Support content creation, including writing, designing, and editing marketing materials, forms, and video content. Create social media content to promote brand awareness. Monitor social media accounts, promote products, engage with members, and respond to inquiries. Manage lobby TV screens and on-hold phone messages with Works24. Conduct marketing research as needed. Design print and digital content using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. Capture authentic imagery for marketing materials and maintain a visual content library. Manage targeted product campaigns, including planning, writing, and design. Create and update website content, including rate changes. Develop content for the M1 Blog, engaging members and communities. Assist with youth program content development. Be a visible presence in the community by participating in outreach events. Complete additional projects as assigned.
