Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced eCommerce Manager to oversee our Walmart business, focusing on major and small appliances, including air and floor care products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing product listings, optimizing product pages, and maximizing sales on Walmart.com. You will work closely with Walmart Connect, third-party teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure the growth and success of our product lines on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:

  • Manage the process of uploading and maintaining product listings for major and small appliances, as well as air and floor care products on Walmart.com.
  • Ensure all product details (images, descriptions, pricing, etc.) are accurate and optimized for customer engagement and conversion.
  • Utilize Salsify and Syndigo to syndicate accurate and up-to-date product content.
Optimization:
  • Continuously optimize product pages to ensure they are best-in-class and outperform competitors.
  • Utilize Walmart's tools and data to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
  • Work with internal and external teams to enhance product content, A+ content, and ensure compliance with Walmart's guidelines.
  • Advertising and Promotions:
  • Collaborate with the Walmart Connect team to manage and optimize advertising spend on Walmart's Sponsored Ad platform.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase brand and product visibility through paid campaigns.
  • Provide insights to third-party teams managing the Walmart ad account, guiding them on improving performance and ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and ad performance.
  • Generate regular reports to assess business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance the overall eCommerce strategy on Walmart.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback through Bazaarvoice Reviews to improve product credibility and engagement.
Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, etc.) to ensure product availability, timely updates, and promotional support.
  • Coordinate with Walmart support teams to resolve any issues related to product listings, compliance, and performance.
Qualifications:

Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of eCommerce management experience with a focus on Walmart 1P business.
  • Experience managing major and small appliances, as well as air and floor care products is highly preferred. Hardlines a plus.
  • In-depth understanding of Walmart's platform, including product upload processes, best practices for optimization, and compliance requirements.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart Sponsored Ads platform with the ability to manage and optimize ad spend effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating insightful presentations.
  • Experience with Salsify for product content management and Syndigo for syndicating product data is a major plus.
  • Familiarity with Bazaarvoice Reviews to manage customer feedback.
  • Photoshop experience is a plus.
Tools:
  • Proficiency in Walmart Connect, Walmart Marketplace systems, and advertising tools.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce analytics platforms and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with third-party advertising and media teams.
  • Knowledge of additional eCommerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
