We're looking for a Shopper Marketing Intern for the summer of 2025 that is serious about a career in manufacturing. If you are willing to learn from the best, and have a desire to participate in the growth of some of the fastest growing brands in the pet food industry, you've stumbled upon the right job.
The Opportunity
As a Shopper Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our Shopper Marketing Coordinator and other members of the marketing and sales team.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
Interns who demonstrate exceptional performance and a passion for our business may have the opportunity for full-time employment upon graduation.
Pay for this position will be a percentage of industry standards based on typical full-time starting salaries, and will depend on your year in school and your timeline to graduation.

The Opportunity
As a Shopper Marketing Intern, you'll work closely with our Shopper Marketing Coordinator and other members of the marketing and sales team.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis
- Perform comprehensive market research to stay on the latest trends and industry insights
- Analyze competitor marketing strategies and digital content to identify opportunities and gain a competitive edge
- Administrative Support
- Provide essential support in daily administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the marketing department
- Project Leadership & Tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help plan, execute, and analyze various shopper and activation projects and initiatives
- In-Store Activation
- Assist with the implementation of in-store activation projects, including organizing materials for point-of-purchase (POP) displays and maintaining strong relationships with shopper and activation vendors
- In-store activations
- Branding strategy for new product launches
- Final presentation to sales and marketing team on a unique, innovative treat, kibble, etc. idea
- Brand strategy
- Attend brand photoshoots
- Point of sale creative ideas
- Point of sale management
- Innovation and creativity
- Goal setting and KPI measurement
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Problem solving
- Oral and written communication
- Teamwork and leadership
- At least a Junior in college pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- The ability to dedicate 10-12 weeks to the internship program for the summer of 2025
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work in a team atmosphere and be a great co-worker
- The ability to work remotely and meet once a week in Minneapolis/St. Paul with the Shopper Marketing Coordinator
