The Marketing Program Manager will partner with an assigned business division to oversee and manage marketing activities specifically tailored to the business division's global goals and objectives. The Marketing Program Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure marketing efforts and campaigns are aligned with the business division's goals, drive growth, and maintain brand consistency across all deliverables. This role is pivotal in ensuring marketing strategies are executed effectively and that internal client partners' needs are met.

What You Will Do at Graco

Internal Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and marketing consultant to the business division on marketing strategies to grow their business by developing a deep understanding the business needs and objective, building strong relationships and understanding their needs across different regions.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies that support the business division's objectives and align with the overall company strategy, considering global market and regional dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Ensure all marketing deliverables are on brand and consistent with the company's overall marketing objectives, adapting to regional preferences and cultural sensitivities.
  • Provide excellent client services to all internal business partners.
Campaign Development and Execution
  • Manage and coordinate projects that advance specific marketing strategies and goals, considering global timelines and resource constraints.
  • Set timelines, action plans, and budgets for marketing initiatives, considering regional variations in costs and market conditions.
  • Prioritize initiatives within the business division to align with strategic goals and maximize ROI across different regions.
  • Oversee the project from creation through implementation and delivery, ensuring consistency and quality across global markets.
  • Ensure all marketing materials align with the business division's expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring effective prioritization and resource allocation in different time zones.
  • Champion creative work and advocate for its value within the organization, considering cultural preferences and sensitivities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Optimize efficiency by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks or unnecessary tasks across global operations.
  • Ensure tracking and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as engagement rates, conversion rates, and ROI are setup and communicated.
  • Partner with analytics team to prepare and present reports on campaign results to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Work with teams to use performance data to adjust strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
  • Analyze global marketing data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify trends.
Budget Management
  • Assist in creating and managing campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness across different regions.
  • Monitor project and campaign expenses, ensuring they stay within budget and reporting on them, as needed.
What You Will Bring to Graco
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a marketing account executive role in a global context.
  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with proven ability to influence others without direct authority, especially in a global environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and drive collaboration across different cultures and time zones.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and ability to prioritize initiatives effectively in a global context.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to set timelines, delegate tasks, and oversee project progress across different regions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, and data analysis software.
  • Experience leading and managing projects, even without a direct team, in a global environment.
  • A passion for creative work and a deep understanding of its role in achieving marketing objectives across different cultures.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of time, both domestic and international.
