The Role:
The Social & SEO Marketing Manager (SSMM) position delivers organic and paid social media and search-engine marketing programs and is a critical resource in creating meaningful engagements to drive pipeline via these routes to market. This position is responsible for planning, executing, analyzing, and optimizing all social and search marketing activities to achieve pipeline goals.
The primary goals of this position are to increase awareness and drive demand for IGEL's products and solutions. The SMMM will work closely with IGEL PR, field and channel marketing, and the product marketing team.
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (hybrid)
Average 3 days in the office, 2 days remote
Essential job functions:
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer posts
- Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. LinkedIn company page, posts, pictures and blog layout)
- Suggest and implement new online programs to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Marketing or related degree with 3+ years of hands-on experience
- Extensive knowledge of SEO, SEM, and Social Media marketing
- Demonstrated marketing skills and ability to deliver measurable results
- Working knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools such as Act-On, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
- Ability to travel (~20%)
- Flexibility, integrity and creative problem-solving skills
- Be a team player who builds good working relationships across all levels
- Possesses superb detail oriented and organizational skills
- Has a positive and strong work ethic
- Must be a self-starter who is comfortable in fast paced work environments
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- 5+ years' experience in technology marketing with strong emphasis in channel and field marketing
- Deep understanding of all modern demand generation channels and when to deploy each type of activity for maximum effectiveness.
- Understanding of VDI, DaaS, and other virtualization technologies.
- Account-based marketing is a plus.
- Extensive experience in executing integrated campaigns, with a demonstrated track record of exceptional achievement in field marketing for high-tech B2B companies.
