We are building a marketing team that works in lock-step with wider hyperexponential, with content, learning, and product at its core. We operate in a market with a small number of exceptionally high-value stakeholders, and our GTM needs to mirror that... from pin-point ABM to relationship building throughout the funnel (or "bow-tie").

We also used to be our users - which means we care deeply about enabling and upskilling them. Having developed Pricing Decision Intelligence as a category, we are now obsessed with how we can best support practitioners to be great at their job.

Marketing is a trailblazing team at hyperexponential. It is vital that we stay one step ahead of the rest of the company, generating pipe ahead of time. This involves working at the tip of the speer when entering new markets, as well as maximising reach in existing core markets.

Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic, adaptable and strategic-minded individual to join the team as out first ABM hire in the US. This will be the first boots on the ground role in that team, taking the work that we've done in the UK and implementing that within the US market!

Being the first ABM hire means there's incredible opportunity to learn, develop and grow within the team!

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to our key US based accounts. You will work closely with sales, product, customer and marketing teams to drive engagement, nurture relationships, and ultimately, accelerate revenue growth within our strategic accounts.

Responsibilities
  1. US Account-Based Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with the goals and objectives of key US accounts. We're building out this in the UK, but how do we adapt that in the US?
  2. Account Segmentation and Targeting: Identify and prioritize key personas and individuals within accounts based on strategic importance, revenue potential, and alignment with hx revenue objectives.
  3. Content Strategy and Development: Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and personalized content tailored to the needs and challenges of target accounts.
  4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to engage target accounts across various touchpoints including email, social media, events, and digital advertising.
  5. Personalization and Customization: Utilize data-driven insights to personalize marketing initiatives and deliver targeted messaging to key stakeholders within strategic accounts.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, customer and marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of account-based marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals and strategies.
  7. Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of account-based marketing campaigns, leveraging metrics and KPIs to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
  8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within strategic accounts, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience (5+ years) in B2B marketing, with a focus on account-based marketing or strategic account management - Ideally within a particularly niche market
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, particularly in the niche B2B space.
  3. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  6. Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (hubspot), CRM systems (salesforce), and analytics tools.
  7. Results-driven mindset with a focus on driving measurable impact and ROI through account-based marketing initiatives.
