FC Tulsa is seeking a Manager/Director of Marketing to manage day-to-day marketing and branding efforts for the club. This position is critical to building and retaining the fan base and is responsible for driving ticket sales and game attendance, working with the social media team to develop and implement social media strategies that drive business objectives, managing digital assets and overseeing the creative team across the organization to ensure brand consistency and development.

Revenue Generation
- Manage all day-to-day marketing assets including website (updating and analytics), email marketing, social media, SMS, database management and growth, using research and analytics to develop a comprehensive interactive marketing strategy to assist the franchise's revenue generation efforts in support of ticket sales and corporate partnerships.
- Oversee the day-to-day development and execution of FC Tulsa individual ticket sales marketing efforts, by driving revenue campaigns that align themed nights, supporting group sales and promotional ticket packages
- Create and implement email marketing campaigns and CRM development to drive demand for ticketing products based on day-to-day updates and engagement
- Foster a culture of ROI, data-driven decision-making, and organizational excellence by staying current on new and emerging direct response channels
- Lead the CRM Marketing strategy in collaboration with the Communications Coordinator, overseeing the delivery of customized and targeted email and SMS communications.
- Drive recommendations for audience targeting strategy and measurement.
- Implement personalization opportunities to enhance the consumer journey.
- Improve and revise email and sms templates, ensuring alignment with best practices and compliance standards.
- Oversee the scheduling and deployment of email and SMS campaigns.
- Analyze and monitor email KPIs, providing insights and recommendations.
- Develop testing strategy and cadence to conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines, content, and design elements to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Oversee the Club's brand identity, strategy, and execution
- Work in collaboration with the Social Media Coordinator to establish social media strategy and develop learning plans to continuously optimize social media channels for business initiatives
- Develop consistent reporting and campaign recap methodology, setting standards of monitoring and tracking for all digital channels to optimize and enhance performance on an ongoing basis
- Establish and manage day in and day out testing and learning plans to continuously optimizing advertising spend
- Develop annual media plan and oversee the campaign execution to ensure spend is meeting objectives across all channels, and maintaining adherence to brand guidelines
- Manage multi-marketing omnichannel strategies across social media channels, radio, TV, digital media buys, measuring the effectiveness of advertising and marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with communications team to amplify team and club messaging through content ensuring marketing assets are shared in broadcast, in stadium and on all marketing channels
- Provide oversight and development of the Marketing team.
- Hire manage and coordinate with part time creative freelancers, videographers and photographers.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to develop marketing staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities, while promoting a culture of high performance that values innovation and a commitment to excellence.
