About the Role
This role requires a strategic leader who can guide the development and execution of digital strategies across paid and organic channels. The Manager will oversee content development, influencer programs, executive social media, channel strategies, and top-level reporting, while providing leadership and direction for both internal teams and clients. This individual will also play a pivotal role in shaping content narratives and digital programs for high-profile executives and their brand presence.

The base annual salary range for this role, applicable across all U.S. locations, is outlined below. The actual salary may vary based on several factors such as business requirements, job responsibilities, skills, experience, and geographical location.

$88,000-$100,000 USD

This individual will also play a pivotal role in shaping content narratives and digital programs for high-profile executives and their brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, activation, tracking, quality assurance, and measurement of social media content across multiple platforms. Oversee paid media strategies and execution, asset management, and campaign performance analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic social content and influencer programs for brands and senior executives, focusing on elevating thought leadership across various platforms.
- Collaborate closely with account and DXTIA partners to align cross-functional teams and drive results across social and content channels.
- Conduct advanced social listening and trend analysis to identify key topics and conversations relevant to clients' brands and executives.
- Actively lead team calls and chats, fostering a deep sense of teamwork with colleagues.
- Drive competitive research on social media presence, content strategies, and performance to inform communications and strategic content planning.
- Manage team workflow and collaboration on social and digital programs, including content review, publishing, reporting, and brainstorming.
- Develop and foster strategic partnerships with influencers and talent managers to amplify content and messaging for clients.
- Act as the primary client liaison, leading client communications, asset management, and content scheduling on platforms like Sprinklr, Hootsuite, and Meta Business Suite.
- Mentor junior team members in digital content strategy, influencer engagement, and campaign management, while contributing to knowledge management and thought leadership within the practice.
- Contribute to knowledge management, thought leadership, and other practice development priorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in communications, social media, or digital marketing with proven experience leading social media strategies.
- Expertise in platform management tools such as Sprinklr, Tagger, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, and Ads Manager.
- Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and executing paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into strategic insights and performance reports.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills, including excellent writing abilities with minimal errors.
- Strong leadership capabilities, especially in ambiguous or high-pressure situations, while maintaining flexibility and poise.
- Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage client relationships, and proactively contribute to strategic direction.
- Willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary to meet deadlines or client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience managing social campaigns, particularly for executives or high-profile individuals.
- Experience with influencer marketing campaigns and relationship-building with talent managers.
- Technology and healthcare industry experience.
- Has established editor and/or analyst relationships and has proactively placed stories
- Made presentations to groups of all sizes; pitched new business
- Client and business environment: Customer service orientation is a must. Job pressure may exist from requirement of handling multiple tasks
- Experience working globally or with colleagues in multiple locations
- Fast-paced team environment (frequent tight deadlines, multitasking, etc.)
- Strong presentation and consulting skills along with the ability to read, write and speak English
- May need to work more than 40 hours per week on occasion
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
