As our Senior Director, MarCom & Channel Marketing, you'll support HID's success by:
  • Driving long-term marketing and channel marketing strategies across the region, aligning NAM marketing initiatives to NAM business objectives.
  • Regionalizing global marketing and channel marketing initiatives in partnership with central marketing teams and regional sales and product teams.
  • Overseeing large-scale, regional marketing and channel marketing efforts.
  • Overseeing significant marketing investments and reporting on the business impact of marketing programs.
  • Creating and coordinating regional campaigns -monitoring, tracking, and reporting marketing KPIs aligned with the businesses' goals.
  • Overseeing NAM content strategy and calendar, driving the development of thought leadership campaigns to position the company as an industry leader.
  • Ensuring consistent brand messaging and positioning across all communication channels.
  • Managing large budgets and ensuring alignment of marketing investments with NAM business objectives.
  • Directing the planning and execution of external channel, tradeshow, owned events and speaking opportunities.

Your Experience and Education include:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration or related field. Master's Degree and relevant certifications are valued.
  • 18+ years of relevant experience in Marketing, Channel Marketing or related roles, in complex global business environments and matrix organizational structures.
  • 8+ years of increasing leadership experience.
  • Experience managing external agencies and 3rd party vendors, with responsibility for budgets and achieving global campaign marketing objectives.
  • Experience in business-to-business (B2B) marketing preferred.
  • Experience in managing lead-generating digital marketing campaigns.
