Recruitment Marketing Intern
Role Overview
As a Talent Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in shaping the Land O'Lakes, Inc., employer brand through creative and strategic marketing initiatives. Reporting into the Digital Experience team within HR, you will support various talent marketing efforts, including creating and managing content across multiple channels, assisting with campaign development, and enriching the candidate experience for our future employees. This is a hybrid role, which will require you to work from our Arden Hills, Minnesota, corporate headquarters at least two days each week, collaborating on site with your colleagues.
You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and employer branding. You'll work alongside industry leaders, get exposure to a variety of HR and marketing tools, collaborate with our internal Marketing partners, and contribute directly to our mission of attracting top talent to Land O'Lakes, Inc..
Key Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Creation:Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar to support talent marketing initiatives, defined by date, audience, channel, and message.
- Social Media Content:Create engaging social media content to promote our employer brand and attract top talent, with a special focus on Instagram, LinkedIn and short video/Reels.
- Campaign Development:Assist in the creation of drip marketing campaigns via email and SMS, targeting different candidate audiences.
- Photo Library Curation:Help organize and curate our library of employee images for use in our talent marketing efforts.
- Ad Concepting and Creation:Collaborate on the development of advertising assets for paid media, social ads, and other digital channels, working in collaboration with our internal Marketing Team.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, especially).
- Strong written communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.
- Ability to propose and develop new creative concepts, as well as process and respond to feedback.
- Passion for learning and working in teams in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with email and SMS marketing platforms.
- Interest in content marketing and employer branding.
- $21 per hour
