Senior Strategic Media Partner

Responsibilities:
  • Establish direct relationships with new, strategically significant publishers.
  • Negotiate favorable business terms with publishers and identify growth opportunities within key current relationships, particularly for direct pre-bid integrations.
  • Manage a significant media budget and drive strategic Private Marketplace (PMP) initiatives within programmatic buying to optimize media spend.
  • Deliver exceptional support service to publishers, proactively addressing issues ranging from troubleshooting to billing.
  • Lead conversations with enterprise ad technology companies and negotiate deal structures beneficial to the business.
  • Act as an ambassador for promoting the RTB House brand by collaborating with strategic Supply Accounts.
  • Work effectively with the internal Sales department to ensure the procurement strategy aligns with client needs and business goals.
  • Analyze media performance metrics and use analytics tools to inform and refine media strategies, driving continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-functional projects to enhance media effectiveness and lead them from creation to completion.

Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in media planning, buying, partnership development, and performance analysis across various digital platforms, along with familiarity with programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and privacy regulations impacting media buying.
  • Well established relationships with top publishers from the US market
  • Proven track record in managing significant media budgets and optimizing media spend to maximize ROI.
  • Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key media partners, including premium publishers and ad networks.
  • Experience in negotiating media deals and securing advantageous terms for the company.
  • Expertise in analyzing media performance metrics utilizing various tools to improve media strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal teams to align media strategies with overall business goals.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance media effectiveness.
  • Deep understanding of the digital media landscape, including trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating media strategies and results to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage team tasks, and maintain strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A self-starter who is internally driven and can produce quality work with minimal supervision.

The salary range for this role is $146,800 to $183,800 in base pay, and is exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. The base pay offered will be determined on a case by case basis based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, etc., and will be informed by market data.
