Upfluence allows brands and agencies to collaborate with millions of social media creators and execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns. Since its launch in October 2016, Upfluence has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Lyon, and Paris.
Upfluence Services division is organized through a squad system: a multidisciplinary unit in charge of the full life cycle of a business offering or mission. A squad is a specialized, autonomous, and accountable entity whose members can be considered founders of it.

The Account Executive will work with our in-house agency, being responsible for developing, consolidating, and selling custom solutions to our clients.
This position will be split into 3 main core areas: Sales (75% of your time), Project Facilitator (15%), and Trainer (10%):

Responsibilities
The Account Executive will work with our in-house agency, being responsible for developing, consolidating, and selling custom solutions to our clients.
This position will be split into 3 main core areas: Sales (75% of your time), Project Facilitator (15%), and Trainer (10%):
- Strategy Maker: finding creative solutions to prospects' and customers' problems in collaboration with the delivery team.
- Account Manager: manages the relationship with the customer, especially in the context of the actual project and renewal.
- Take ownership of becoming an expert in influencer marketing, mastering all aspects of social media and the creator space, leveraging your knowledge to create compelling proposals and deliver effective client training.
- Offer optimization: Relevant to fit the industry's latest trends and clients' needs (include new social media or features, for example).
- Project Facilitator: coordinate with the operations team to ensure the project runs smoothly and report to the customer.
- Trainer: Internal networking with our Sales Team to ensure optimal leaf flow. This will include providing training, workshops, and incentive programs (deck creation, pricing sheet, Q&A).
What we are looking for
- 2-4 years of sales experience (ideally within a performance marketing agency)
- Influencer Marketing expertise: Be an industry expert on everything social media and creator space related. Use your knowledge to make impactful proposals and provide client training
- Experience working with digital media agencies, advertising, or social media is a big plus
- Knowledgeable about digital marketing, with a focus on Influencer marketing as an added advantage

- Willing to be in the office 2-3 times per week.

- Salary base is between $80,000 and $85,000 + Commission: Total comp between $150,000 and $200,000/yr
