At On, our mission is to ignite the human spirit through movement. We are looking for a creative and strategic Influencers + Partnerships Lead to join our Brand Communications team. This role will be pivotal in driving our brand's visibility and engagement through strategic influencer collaborations and partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in influencer marketing, a passion for sports and lifestyle, and a knack for building and maintaining relationships with key influencers and partners.

Your mission
- Develop and execute a comprehensive influencer and partnership strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Identify, build, and maintain strong relationships with influencers, athletes, and brand ambassadors that align with On's brand values and objectives.
- Create and manage influencer campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy and goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and events, to integrate influencer and partnership efforts into broader brand initiatives.
- Manage partnerships with external agencies, ensuring alignment with On's brand strategy and objectives.
- Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to continually innovate our influencer and partnership strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers and partners to ensure mutual benefits and clear deliverables.

Your story
- 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or a related field, preferably within the sports or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful influencer campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong network of influencer contacts in the sports and lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing high-performing teams and external agencies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using influencer marketing tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
