Sales and Marketing position:
- Help and assist under upper-level management
- Conduct all responsibilities related to the sales and marketing team
- Follow CDC guidelines while speaking face to face with customers as well as being present in the office with other employees
- Understand each department within sales, marketing, and customer service & provide goals to them
- Provide any administration support such as compliance or generating a customers order
- Conduct weekly interviews with qualified candidates and thoroughly know how to explain the role and responsibilities to others
- Express a friendly and upbeat attitude
- Help managers evaluate performance on the account managers here
- Keep track of the business revenue
- Participate in daily meetings to review the companies standards and targeted goals
