Kepler's Optimization and Innovation team (Digital Media Team) is made up of forward-thinking media traders with ad platform optimization expertise across biddable media channels (specifically Amazon Ads, social, SEM, video/Advanced TV, and programmatic DSP media: audio, DOOH, native, display, etc.) and a keen sense of macro marketing, data policy, and technology trends.
This team is not simply a trading desk - you are a strategic biddable media expert who will be client-facing, partner-facing, and seen as an internal expert for brainstorming future-proof ad tech solutions that drive client value and solve/automate internal workflow challenges.
The Role:
As a Senior Analyst, Digital Media you will play a crucial role on our team, serving as a client point of contact and owning the execution and optimization of various digital advertising programs. Your responsibilities will include project management and leading multiple program management and innovation aspects. Success in this role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, a natural leadership ability, and a creative problem-solving mindset with a strong data-driven approach.

What You Will Do:
- Act as a key day-to-day contact for assigned clients; track, escalate, and solve client issues and respond to client communications promptly.
- Conduct ad-hoc calls/meetings to address client questions and provide guidance.
- Make recommendations to optimize client campaigns based on their goals.
- Translate media planning inputs into comprehensive campaign builds.
- Hands-on management of campaigns, ensuring proper pacing, and performing in-platform optimizations.
- Deliver regular reporting and handle ad-hoc client requests promptly.
- Assist with business administration, including budget management & billing.
- Support account leads with strategic media planning requests.
- Maintain regular contact with key cross-functional resources and request assistance as needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-2+ years of Amazon advertising experience - DSP
- Similar retail media network experience is preferred
- Preferred experience with client and account management
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, especially DSP.
- Moderate understanding of site tagging and ad tagging (Amazon Ad Tag)
- Familiarity with ad policies and creative standards.
- In-depth knowledge of various inventory types, including video and display offerings.
- Understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and third-party inventory.
- Experience with people management preferred
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis, and Internet technologies.
- Excellent communication ( English and Spanish) and presentation skills with a solid ability to create and build relationships.
- Effective troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills for client issues.
- Ability to self-manage, juggle multiple priorities, and pay close attention to details.
- Ability to contribute to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, team-based environment.
