Project Manager OSP Outside Plant Construction Wireline Telecommunications.

Location: Onsite hybrid in either Reston Virginia, or Halethorpe, Maryland

Note: Must be authorized and willing to work on W2. Can't do C2C or 1099.

Must have strong understanding of Outside Plant (OSP) engineering and/or construction or experience in the field
Background in project management in a field related to civil, environmental, or utility construction
• Develop and maintain project schedules and calendars with the input from assigned OSP engineers
• Facilitate team meetings, providing meeting minutes and action items where needed
• Build strong communication channels with internal stakeholders in various departments.
• Track tasks assigned to the project team and prepare regular status reports
• Responsible for tracking project changes and producing updated schedules
• Tracks budget
• Gather and report performance measurement of on-going progress.
• Ensure smooth communication within the project team and other cross-functional teams
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders on a regular basis

Nice to Have:

Experience with AutoCAD and/or Visio
