Come join Apple and do your life’s best work, and deliver software applications that delight users around the world every day!DescriptionThe position requires an individual who gets into the details, has excellent organizational skills, understands software development and has expertise working with Software Engineering, Design, QA and cross-functionally with various organizations to manage deliverables. Expect to be hands-on, and deeply ingrained in product details and requirements. You will be challenged to innovate and strategize new processes, and build relationships to achieve results. As a member of our group, you will have the rare and exciting opportunity to craft up coming products that will delight and inspire Apple’s customers every day.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of Engineering Project Management expertise, delivering mobile and desktop applications through a full project lifecycleDeep understanding of software product lifecycle with experience managing complex projects and collaborating with multiple cross-functional teamsConfident to take on technical challenges and work with various teams, building and managing relationships to navigate delivery dependenciesVersatile problem solver with demonstrated creative and critical thinking to deconstruct problems, resolve conflicts and lead the teams to solutionsSelf-motivated and proactive with ability to independently learn new technologiesExcellent interpersonal skills, especially the ability to filter and distill meaningful information to the appropriate audiencesPreferred QualificationsPossess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Communication, Business Administration or related fields with at least 5 years of EPM experience supporting the SDLCExperience with video post production technologyPay & BenefitsAt Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
