Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Marketing Director in leading the marketing team across various projects and initiatives
  • Provide direction and review marketing materials to ensure timely project completion
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and upper management to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team and the Marketing Director to streamline workflows
  • Lead content creation efforts and oversee the development of compelling marketing materials
  • Craft and refine value propositions and messaging strategies for various products and services
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and design across all marketing channels
  • Create and optimize content for various platforms, including brochures, websites, email campaigns, and digital media
  • Work closely with sales, account management, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing performance and ROI
  • Identify opportunities for data-driven decision making and optimization of marketing efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, including previous experience in the insurance, employee benefit and/or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience in marketing leadership roles
  • Proficiency with web Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat)
  • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Constant Contact, HubSpot, MailChimp...) and social media management tools
  • Driven, results oriented thinking and corresponding high level of performance
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to work across different industries (vision benefits, prescription benefits, and e-commerce)
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
