From your PASSION to ours

The Manager, Business Development and Trade Marketing Administration & Analysis will be responsible for 1) the estimation, analysis, and monitoring of trade funds/accrual for the Dairy Division 2) management of functional data based requirements that cross product lines within trade marketing; 3) Analysis and summarization of sales results and key sales metrics (via internal and syndicated data) for regular reviews of sales controllables 4) other ad hoc analyses that may help identify opportunities. The Manager, Business Development and Trade Marketing Administration & Analysis will communicate cross functionally to achieve the goals of organization.

From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

• Perform monthly analysis on current and past trade funds to ensure adequate coverage in trade accrual, working with the accounting team to validate.

• Maintain the forecast for Dairy sales volumes and trade dollars. Work with Business Development and sales to ensure an accurate and timely forecast is provided to finance

• Provide appropriate analytical support required by the functional leaders of the sales organization.

• Participate in other ad hoc sales analysis projects and special projects as needed.

• Ability to pull information from various resources (Stratum, Circana, PRISM, Go Simple) Review with management and implement changes

• Ensure accurate system setup administration.

• Monitor & track field sales controllables and initiatives (e.g, slotting, spoils, and non-pricing related trade spends).

Requirements

From your STORY to ours

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:

Education

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or University

Experience

• Five years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience;

• 2 years CPG sales or retail experience preferred.

• Sales and/or trade marketing experience

• Sales presentation development / delivery experience

Specialized Knowledge

• Expertise with analytical software; Customer POS (Circana), TPO/TPM Software, Stratum.

Skills/Abilities

• Strong communication, organizational and computer skills.

• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

• Superior time management skills.

• Proficient inter-personal skills to effectively interact with field sales and headquarter personnel.

• Team oriented (ability to connect with and work cohesively with the field sales organization)

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, sales personnel, clients, customers, and the general public.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Salary Description

$75000 - $90000
