Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Maintain and update sales materials, and create new ones as needed.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work with the sales team to develop and execute email campaigns, sales events, and social media promotions.
  • Content Creation: Write and edit copy for emails, social media, blogs, websites, and press releases.
  • Visual Design: Create social graphics and other visual elements using professional design tools.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee our social media accounts, create and schedule content, and engage with followers.
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign success and identify improvement areas.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with organizing and executing webinars, events, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Support Services: Develop presentations and write blog posts as needed.
  • Co-Op Account Management: Manage and utilize the Co-Op Account program.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and similar design tools.
  • Experience with social media management tools like Sprout Social, HootSuite, etc.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Skilled in creating digital assets such as photos and videos.
