JOB OVERVIEW
As a Marketing & Client Experience Manager at Active Enterprises, you will not only lead our marketing and branding initiatives but also oversee the entire client lifecycle journey. In this role, you will be pivotal in mapping and enhancing every stage of the client experience, from initial awareness through engagement, purchase, and ongoing loyalty. This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of client relationship dynamics.
This is an on-site role located in Denver, Colorado. This role will report to our Co-Founder.

We have been working with kiddos in the Denver area since 2014, providing Private, Semi-Private and Competitive Stroke lessons. The one-on-one and small group focus allows you to create a bond with the kiddos you teach, helping make them a apart of our Little Kickers family!
Member schools are independently owned and operated. Your application will go directly to the member school, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this school. RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Lifecycle Management
- Develop, maintain, and update a comprehensive strategy that encompasses all stages of the client lifecycle. Understand and map the client journey from initial contact to long-term loyalty, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities for engagement and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the client journey, from initial inquiry to program enrollment and ongoing communication engagement, to enhance the overall customer experience and maximize retention.
- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and develop targeted initiatives to address client needs and preferences at each stage of the lifecycle.
- Direct customer service culture, expectations, and coordination for the businesses.
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution
- Help develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote AE's companies, programs and services, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and promotional events, to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals and objectives, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and brand representation.
- Lead internal marketing initiatives and engage staff to utilize positive messaging and champion the business.
Client Engagement and Retention
- Implement customer engagement programs and initiatives to foster strong relationships with clients, increase loyalty, and drive repeat business and referrals.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing strategies to address any issues or challenges to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Data Analysis and Reporting
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, client engagement initiatives, and retention strategies, providing insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics, trends, and insights to stakeholders, informing decision-making and guiding strategic planning efforts.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferred: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, branding, and client experience management, with significant experience in client lifecycle management.
- Proven track record in developing and/or implementing successful client experience strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of marketing tools, especially Google Ads and Meta.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta, project management platforms, email marketing platforms and POS systems.
- The majority of hours will need to be on premise.
